Residential & commercial electricians in Toronto & the GTA
Power, done properly.Markham · Brampton · Oakville
One contractor. Homes and business.
A 200-amp upgrade in a Leslieville semi and a dental clinic fit-out in Vaughan need the same things: a clean design, the right permit, and someone who answers the phone after the job is done.

Will your panel handle it?
Adding an EV charger, a heat pump or a basement suite? Flip on what you're planning and watch the meter. It's the same question we answer on every site visit — this is the 30-second version.
Your panel can likely take this as planned.
A rough guide only — not a load calculation under Rule 8-200 of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code. Real numbers depend on what's already on your panel; we calculate them on site, free with every quote.
How panel upgrades workFrom first call to ESA sign-off.
No surprises, no vanishing act between the rough-in and the final inspection.
Site visit
We look at the panel, the service and the space — and listen to what you want it to do in five years, not just today.
Written quote
Itemized and fixed. Permit, materials, labour, patch-ready openings — all on paper before you commit.
Clean install
Drop cloths down, dust controlled, power-off windows agreed in advance. One crew lead from start to finish.
Inspected & handed over
ESA inspection booked by us. You get the Certificate of Acceptance and a labelled panel directory.
The boring parts, done right.
Electrical work is invisible once the drywall closes. These are the things that decide whether it stays safe for the next forty years.
Permit pulled. Every time.
We file the ESA notification before work starts and book the inspection ourselves. Unpermitted electrical work can complicate insurance claims and home sales — so we simply don't do it.
One written quote
Itemized, fixed, before any work begins.
$0Code-current
Designed to the current Ontario Electrical Safety Code — AFCI, tamper-resistant receptacles and GFCI where they belong.
Clean sites
Floor protection, dust control and a vacuum at the end of every day. Openings left patch-ready.
Labelled panels
Every circuit we touch is labelled, so the next person — maybe you at 2 a.m. — knows exactly which breaker is which.
Straight answers
If a $200 repair solves it, we won't sell you a $4,000 upgrade. If something's unsafe, we'll tell you plainly — with photos.
Residential and commercial crews
The same company handles your home EV charger and your storefront's lighting retrofit. One number to call for both.
Across the GTA.
Based in Toronto, working across the city and the 905. Each area has its own utility, housing stock and quirks — we know which is which.
Before you call.
Short answers to what people ask us most. More on the FAQ page.
Do you pull ESA permits?
Yes. Every job that requires notification is filed with the Electrical Safety Authority before work starts, and you receive the ESA Certificate of Acceptance once it passes inspection. If a contractor offers to skip the permit to save you money, that's the cue to find another contractor.
Do you work on both homes and commercial buildings?
Yes — we run residential and commercial work with the same standard. Homes: panel upgrades, EV chargers, pot lights, rewiring, renovations. Business: tenant fit-outs, LED retrofits, emergency lighting and planned maintenance.
How fast can you get to me?
Quotes are usually booked within the week. If something is unsafe — burning smell, a hot panel, sparking — switch off the affected breaker (or the main) and call; we'll tell you honestly whether it needs us today.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. A site visit and a written, itemized quote cost nothing. The price on the quote is the price you pay unless you change the scope.
Which areas do you cover?
Toronto and the GTA — including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Brampton and Oakville. Commercial projects outside the GTA are quoted case by case.
Ready when you are. Flip it on.
Tell us what you need — a single circuit or a full fit-out. You get a written, itemized quote, and a straight answer on whether you need the work at all.
