Working inside someone else's building
Commercial landlords have rules: approved hours for noisy work, shutdown notices for shared services, insurance certificates, and their own electrical engineer's review. We've built our process around them, so nothing stalls your schedule waiting on paperwork.
Design-build or to drawings
On larger jobs we price to an engineer's stamped drawings. On smaller fit-outs — a café, a salon, a two-room clinic — we can design-build: lay out the electrical with you, have drawings prepared where required, and install.
Types of space
Offices: lighting control, workstation power, boardroom AV. Retail: track and display lighting, signage, POS circuits. Restaurants: kitchen equipment circuits, hood interlocks, walk-in coolers. Clinics: dedicated equipment circuits and careful coordination with medical gas and IT.

Questions
Do you work after hours on commercial jobs?
Yes. Noisy work, shutdowns and work in occupied buildings are scheduled to suit the landlord and tenants — evenings, nights or weekends.
Can you work from my engineer's drawings?
Yes. We bid and build to stamped electrical drawings, submit RFIs where needed, and provide as-built markups at close-out.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes — landlords and general contractors typically require one before work starts, and we provide it with the contract.
