Electrical work in Scarborough
Basement suites
Many Scarborough bungalows have — or are adding — basement apartments. The electrical has to be designed for two households: separate circuits, interconnected alarms and, often, a sub-panel.
Ageing 1950s–70s wiring
Original wiring in post-war homes is often serviceable but overloaded, with too few circuits for modern kitchens. We add circuits and upgrade services rather than rewiring what doesn't need it.
Toronto Hydro
Scarborough is served by Toronto Hydro; service upgrades include the utility disconnect and reconnect.
Plazas and industrial
Retail plazas along Kennedy, Midland and Sheppard, and industrial areas in the north: fit-outs, lighting and maintenance.
